Type Acceptable Documents Sample Requirements for Scanned Documents
Required Documents 1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Register of Directors including all the directors
4. Register of Shareholder including all the shareholder
5. Certificate of Incumbency of Director 1) six months within the issuance date
2) Memorandum and Articles of Association can replace those documents which are recorded on Memorandum and Articles of Association Personal identification documents.

7. Personal Identification and Residence Certificate of Members who hold more than 25% shares

Note:
1. When opening an coperation account, all of the aforementioned documents are required.
2. All scanned documents must be colorful and contain clear image and full information.
